This is especially important if your target markets include countries with specific requirements and if you expect to receive many orders from these destinations.<\/p><h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_01HJ3ZM4XWT876278MG3DKYBT7\">All shipping addresses<\/h1><p>The following shipping address requirements are applicable to all destinations:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The shipping address must be exclusively in Latin characters.<\/li>\n\n<li>Printify does not provide address validation services. Therefore, it is the customer\u2019s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_01HJ3ZM4XWAVN7D6JVP5601AD2\">Delivery to a PO box<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Delivery to a PO box is advised only for destinations in the United States. For other countries, delivery to a PO box is not advisable and is at the customer\u2019s own risk.<\/li>\n\n<li>PO box addresses are not supported by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.printify.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/7435676870545-What-is-Express-Delivery-and-how-does-it-work-\">Express Delivery<\/a>\u00a0for both orders imported from sales channels and manual orders. If a customer submits an order with Express Delivery and enters a PO box address, it will be imported as a standard order in Printify.<\/li>\n\n<li>The correct address formatting guidelines should be followed when a shipment is directed to a PO box:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>First name: John\u00a0<em>(matching the name on the box)<\/em><\/li>\n\n<li>Last name: Smith\u00a0<em>(matching the name on the box)<\/em><\/li>\n\n<li>Address 1: PO Box 1776<\/li>\n\n<li>Zip code: 28034<\/li>\n\n<li>City: Dallas<\/li>\n\n<li>Country: United States<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>Note<\/p><p>Deliveries to a PO box might encounter delays or issues, even when the address guidelines are followed. It\u2019s your decision whether to accept or decline orders with PO box addresses in your store. If you choose to accept, we recommend transparently informing customers about potential delivery risks, as the delivery guarantee is smaller compared to door delivery. Please note that if the address guidelines aren\u2019t followed, or if order tracking confirms successful delivery, we won\u2019t be able to offer compensation.<\/p><h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_01HGJR0C9DJ40DJ27TPHW9P1Y0\">Shipping to or within Germany<\/h1><p>There are specific shipping requirements for orders delivered to home addresses in Germany as well as those sent to parcel lockers (<em>Packstations<\/em>) or collection points (<em>Paketfiliale<\/em>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<em>Paketshop<\/em>). It\u2019s crucial for you or your customers to adhere to the guidelines below to ensure a successful delivery.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_01HGJR0G8BGV0ED1EM07F3FQ02\">Requirements for home delivery&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2><p>For a successful home delivery, the following should be provided:<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Recipient\u2019s name (matching the name on the apartment building)<\/li>\n\n<li>Street address and house number<\/li>\n\n<li>Apartment number (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n<li>Floor number (optional)<\/li>\n\n<li>Zip code<\/li>\n\n<li>Country<\/li><\/ol><p>If the recipient doesn\u2019t provide the listed information, the carrier might be unable to identify the recipient\u2019s apartment. As a result, the shipment will be returned without any further delivery attempts by the carrier.<\/p><p>Note<\/p><p>PO box addresses can\u2019t be used for orders to or within Germany.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_01HGJR0M2BN4GMFDRTVYXMWTRJ\">Requirements for shipments delivered to a parcel locker or&nbsp;<em>Packstation<\/em><\/h2><p>Note<\/p><p>Deliveries to a parcel locker are available only for orders being shipped to or within Germany. Deliveries to a parcel locker in another country are not supported at this time and will be returned to the sender.<\/p><p>For deliveries to&nbsp;<em>Packstation<\/em>&nbsp;(or&nbsp;<em>Paketfiliale\/Paketshop<\/em>) addresses, all of the following criteria must be met:<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The order recipient needs to activate their Deutsche Post\/DHL account for both options (<em>Packstation<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>Paketfiliale\/Paketshop<\/em>). Failure to do so may lead to the shipment being returned.<\/li>\n\n<li>Once activated, they will receive a postal number, which must be entered in either the \u201cFirst name\u201d or \u201cLast name\u201d line of the address. Failing to comply with this requirement will result in the number not being recognized, leading to the return of the order.
